60 minute – $123
45 minute – $100
30 minute – $80 *for regular, repeat clients with one are of concern only*

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PRIVATE INFANT MASSAGE INSTRUCTION, ALL MASSAGE THERAPY SESSIONS INCLUDE A BRIEF HEALTH HISTORY REVIEW, ASESSMENT, TREATMENT PLANNING, AND REMEDIAL EXERCISE


COUNSELLING (GST exempt as of December 21, 2024)

20 minute initial consultation FREE (virtual or via phone)
1 hour individual session $142 (in person, virtual, or via phone)
90 minute individual session $182 (in person, virtual, or via phone)
90 minute couples session $220 (in person or virtual)
2 hour individual session $280 (in person, virtual, or via phone)

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
* We utilize a square reader for payment processing of in-person massage therapy sessions, and are able to accept the following payment methods:

Visa and MasterCard chip, swipe or tap
Debit chip, swipe or tap
Apple Pay
Interac e-Transfer

Counselling sessions can be paid by Interac e-Transfer, and direct billing is currently available for the following insurance providers:

Green Shield Canada
Medavie Blue Cross
Manulife
Canada Life
Pacific Blue Cross
